The program allows you to create your own chromatogram by specifying retention time, width, and area for four peaks.

You can also specify other parameters, such as a sloping baseline, noise, or a hidden peak. The resulting chromatogram is displayed on the screen.

PeakTrain offers a variety of options, including several different integration types (valley, drop, etc.) and an option to integrate two, three, or four peaks.

Whenever you "Integrate" the chromatogram, the results are reported. You will see the errors in both height and area that result from the settings you used.
